Hello everyone and welcome to Leisure Lane. I hope you enjoyed your weekend.

Autumn is here and the cooler weather makes it a perfect time to curl up with your favorite cuppa’ and a good read. Today I’m featuring a beautiful story set in old China. When I began writing my short tales, I wanted to incorporate new stories that read with the same charm as the fairy tales most of us grew up with.

This fairy tale will surround you in an atmosphere of the supernatural, while engaging you in a young girl’s plight for her soul’s survival. Lijuan’s journey will become your own. Take a step back in time, to an age of emperors, nightingales, and miracles, as you, too, learn the steps of The Enchanted Dance.

Leaving a review on my amazon page, it would be most appreciated :). And, if you don’t own a kindle, check out how you can read from any device on the book’s amazon page.

Thank you for visiting today. I hope your enjoyed your stroll around the lane, and…

Until next time, may happy days abound!

With Cherries on Top Fabric Makeup Pouch

Happy Saturday, everyone and welcome to Leisure Lane.

Sharing the cheeriest (and cherriest 😉 )makeup pouch I made for my friend, M. She loves pouches and I couldn’t resist this fabric.

The lining was a perfect match – don’t you think?

I added a pocket on the back for easy access to lipstick for a quick touch-up, without all the “rummaging”. And a little note to top it off made the gift.

I hope you enjoyed your visit today. That cooler weather is on its way – a perfect time for snuggling with a cup of tea and a good read, so don’t forget to check out my e-books on Amazon, and…

Until next time, may happy days abound!

Marianne
